"To many road blocks with software, mangement, late decisions that caused lose of sales."

"If there is a sales person that is eager to build his or her customer base, my suggestion is to give that person the room and resources to perform certain goals given to them."

"The one thing that I did not like about Hotels.com is that it relocated to Dallas, TX."

"I would have recommended expansion in the Rio Grande Valley."

"Hotels.com gave me the opportunity to grow and enhance my knowledge with in workforce Management, Operations, Sales and Customer service, always focusing on the success of the organization."

What don't you like about working at Hotels.com?

"I worked with Hotels.com for Seven years, from the first day our Center officially opened to the very last day when Hotels.com decided to close the Pharr Call center. There is always an area of opportunity on which I have adjusted and learned to multitask which has allowed me to meet personal and professional Goals."
