"The ability to further my career by offering the chance to learn new business skills under the tutelage of experienced individuals and then adjusting pay to reflect your new skill, regardless of educational background. Even the international Vice Presidents were very approachable."

"They sold our division to another company during the downsizing after the Valdez incident."

"Flexible time schedule to do my work when I could"

What don't you like about working at ROHM?

"Stupid politics at the site. Who you know to get ahead. Plant manager did not use tact in front of employees with managers. At least for me, I was criticised in front of my subordinates several time. Not very professional. To the point the employees came to me and said this was not cool."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be a little more professional if you have career improvement suggestions. Embarrising people isn't the way to go"
