"I've worked for RSA Medical since 2012. The company has seen major growth since I began and it doesn't seem to be stopping. New clients, and new projects all the time. From an outsider's perspective, the company would seem great. However, all employees are VERY micromanaged, and department managers do not allow for employees to move up very easily. It is a very clique-y environment and rumors spread like wildfire. The turn over rate for the company is over 60%. I would not recommend."
