"I have been with Roto Rooter for 12 years November '19. Overall a good company to work for if you can provide your own van and tools.New hires commission rate seems sub par for such an investment, but that is for each person to decide. Middle management seems enslaved to numbers and not to quality of work. Morale reflects this. If you are motivated and can stay out of the office/technician drama, you can make an above average plumbers income by growing your network of customers and co workers."
