"If my father hadn’t of retired, I’d still be doing business. My father was my inspiration for starting my company. He taught me how to be a man and succeed and I wanted to prove myself to him. It was hard work. The day he retired I closed up shop, mostly because it’s not fun anymore when your best friend isn’t there, plus I watched his hair go from brown to white, almost over night, doing payroll, payroll taxes, quarterly taxes, making sure every cent added up on the pro forms. That’s not me. I’m a people person who likes to go out to job sites, get hands on, and not worry about the stuff my father was charged with completing."
