"there is sometimes a bit of micro-management when there does not have to be"

"maybe back off on the micro management and allow us to manage as we see fit"

"Great coworkers, no micro-management, and a clear path for success. Payscale does not fit the job requirements, however. Not a lot of room for advancement that I can see thus far; I believe employees should be rewarded more for their efforts. 4/5 stars is my opinion. I would recommend friends or family to work here, but to have certain expectations in mind."

"Recently worked at Republic Services, enjoyed the free fresh fruit, the cool coffee makers, with espresso, lattes, etc. Filtered water. Wear casual clothes, including jeans and tennis shoes. However the environment was not realistic. Had the feeling of "The Stepford Wives". If you make one slight move against the system, or voice an opinion, you will NOT fit into their CULTURE. On top of learning all of the steps it takes in their systems to log one call!"

"This job requires long hours for managers. Be prepared for 80 hour work weeks or more."
