"Rent-A-Center has rewarded me well since I began with them. I enjoy that the company has developed me and that the company has given me the tools necessary to develop others."

"I liked working with the employees and developing them. I felt the Rent to own side which is the bulk of the company was well run."

"You must have a passion for collections to be effective in this environment. If you do not don't bother applying."

What don't you like about working at Rent-A-Center?

"Basically it was like a start up company as it was only in place for three years. It was completely different from the Rent to own side and they did not have enough experts who understood how to run the business"

"They need to figure out what they want to accomplish with the financial services side and need to hire executives who understand the business. Completely separate it from the Rent to own side."

"seeing the dissapointment of customers when they could not pay and having to take merchandise."
