"Because everyone works from home, upper management cannot see/hear what team leaders are saying to the troops. Upper management takes a blind eye to hearing about problem/loose canon team leaders that drive away good sales people."

"The majority of the employees with Misys have senior management position. Therefore, there are less people available to deliver solid solutions to customers and to focus on the clients."
