"Do you really want to do that You're overworked, there's less pay, and there are so many changes in the corporations that nothing sticks."

"You are micromanaged, your manager doesn't seem to have the answers, and it makes you feel lost. There are angry clients who blame you for things you have no control over."

"I would have everyone have a work-life balance, and try to be someone who is inspirational to make them feel like they're working for a cause."

"IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHO YOU WORK WITH. THERE ARE SOME BOSSES THAT DON'T VALUE OR RECOGNIZE YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS WHEN IS VISIBLE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE."

"Opportunities for growth were not based on performance and doing your job. The job promotions and opportunities were based more on elements that were not consistent with work, but social relevancy within the CLUB."
