"Red Hat is an excellent company with an incredible focus on open source software and product quality. It struggles internally with the open source ethic, combined with the profit motive; it also combines those two concerns as well as any company I've ever seen. The product offerings are very wide and very complete, and the company is excellent to work for and with."

"I love working at Red Hat, fantastic people, awesome management, and great feel. I just want to move away from post-Soviet counties, and that is the only reason I am leaving Red Hat - they do not provide possibilities to move from a low-cost country to more developed one."

"I love Red Hat! You will too!"

What do you like about working at Red Hat?

"I enjoy the opportunities to work outside of your normal day to day job on special projects, or things that you find interesting. There is always plenty to do, so keeping busy is not a problem. Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
