"This company has major management issues. I personally had four different managers in less than two years. I know people there who had six different managers in the same time frame. Terrible place to work."

"Decent company to work out, however they favor people in Texas over the remote locations. Communication is lacking from the top, and they move executives around constantly. This leads to a lot of confusion for high-end goals, as well as who is leading who."

"RealPage, like any company, has it's strengths and weaknesses. A consistent vision is what the company needs to truly be successful. You will find some great people working there."

"After 14 years of working for RealPage, I never thought my opinion of the company would turn negative. But over the past (nearly) three years, the company and my department culture has taken a turn towards toxic. The company is filled with outstanding people with whom I enjoy working. But the executive level decisions and overall work environment have become toxic for me. I do hope things turn around but right now I cannot recommend this company."

"A company that does not embrace technology and does not improve their products to meet customers demands. The company's product suite consists of products created by competitors that were purchased. There is a constant demand to deliver with no regard to quality."

"Great company with a very fun environment. Management is just like any other publicly traded company. More More More More, we must make more money. That's the point of sales, so no surprise there. There is pressure but it is reasonable and you have all the help you could ever need to succeed."

"Unrealistic web traffic expectations were placed on my review - in their words, achieve tens of thousands of unique visitors monthly. Although web traffic was improved, none of the RealPage websites had this much traffic, nor would they have achieved this much traffic with outdated content."

What do you like about working at RealPage?

"They do not micro-manage your work and the flex time is convenient."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It seems that managerial interaction is different in different departments. Talk to someone who is working in the department that you are interviewing for to get their opinion on the culture there before making any decisions."

What don't you like about working at RealPage?

"There are huge gaps between management and the employees. Inter-department communication is very poor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have management consultants come in and survey the employees and environment to determine where the gaps are between management and the employees. Then I would take steps to improve the environment and atmosphere there. Additionally, I would determine a guideline for where the bad hires are and let them go from the company. Certain mindsets are cultures develop out of a few people and their removal can benefit the company as a whole."
