If they are telling the truth they will concur."

What don't you like about working at RadioShack?

"There are so many chiefs at RadioShack. They spend the income generated by competent sales staff on figureheads who are no more than administrators. The management team from the district manager above is a complete waste of corporate resources and would be a lot more successful if they reinvested their earnings into the front line and with diversification of the corporate product line."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take pride in your district and regions and don't just try use your current position as a stepping stone into another glorified job which consists of wasting valuable time and resources."
