"I have been employed at Quest Global for three years. While it has been an excellent opportunity to gain experience there is too little room for professional advancement or interesting work to consider making this company a good choice if you are interested in growing roots."
"The turnover rate is very high. Within my year of working there, I have seen 7 of the 8 who were hired with me quit or get fired. Quest culture expects you to drop everything at the drop of a hat. There have been 6 instances where I was asked if I could travel for work the next day or the same day. Compensation and benefits are very far behind most engineering companies."
