"It was a frontrunner in technology then and as it is now ten years later."

"Research your position to which you are applying. In the past, my position was quite generic and and a typically named position. Now, everything seems specialized."
What don't you like about working at Pacific Life Insurance?
"When I worked there, employment was acutely geared to the bottom line and stock price. Probably not the same now with the stock at more than double what it was when I was there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I cannot really say anything about the current practices. In the past, it was very hands-off and not micromanaged which was good. You made most of the decisions on which way to respond to direction and pertinent issues related to your work."

"The people you meet and the places you deploy too. Great sense of service to your country."

"Get started young and use up all the tuition assistance you can while you are active duty, then activate the GI Bill when you get out."

"Unexpected deployments, especially during holidays. Some leadership is not up to standards."

"Remember where you come from and always remember that you too once held a lower rank."

"I would advise to be confident and show your interests and skills clearly."

"Products Oracle are fascinating, but they are not used mostly at enterprise level and you may not get to see the results of your work directly."

"I think they did a great job while I was working there."

"It was a fast growing company and I worked with some great people."

"Some of the management was not qualified to be in the positions they were in and it made it difficult for others to excel."

"Listen to your employee's ideas with an open mind. Do not be intimidated by someone with more experience than you but learn from them."

"It was close to home so travel was very minimal, the hours were decent as well."

"Don't do it. There are other jobs that will treat you much better."

"There was so much to not like, I would be here a day writing."

"Listen to employees more, they do the work, they know process improvements."

"The work itself was perfectly fine - no complaints for the jobs in and of itself."

"If you're looking for a temp job, go for it. If you're looking for a career, look elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at TeleNet Marketing Solutions?
"The company's leadership was crippled and the company cares nothing about their employees. Compensation is below sub-par and the upper leadership has zero relationship with or understanding of the staff. They are considered peasants in his castle."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Golden rule. Treat your staff with some dignity, try less condescension, and understand the only reason you have that million dollar home is because the peasants as you call them break their backs daily for your wallet. Improve the compensation packages. $10 an hour for this job is absurd. Same role, different companies, $19 an hour."
What do you like about working at IBM?
"I liked working with great colleagues, and the travel was interesting, flying into different areas of the country."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"In today's environment of IBM, I would advise a new employee to train with IBM, get the valuable knowledge, then get out before you get into a rut. Or interview for a sales position, those in sales are treated like royalty."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"The management absolutely sucked! Most managers were incompetent technicians that were connected to an executive in the company. IBM continues to promote the incompetents instead of just firing them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would support my employees clearing obstacles and giving them credit rather than taking credit."

"Just be flexible and realize that there is a LOT of mandatory overtime at THQ."

"Bad decisions by CEO that cost the company thousands of jobs."

"Have a broader vision for the future while preparing for worst-case-scenario situations."

"It's a great company to work for if you stay focused on the task at hand."
