"Working attitude, growing opportunities, politics, micromanagement, barely any true N. Americans working. It is difficult to blend in unless you are South Asian immigrants. They like to talk in their own language and you feel out of the group."

"All of them should re-do a technical interview like what all their engineers did to ensure they are good enough to manage their engineers. Also, please allow freedom to think of new ideas, and pls, roll your sleeves and work, instead of TALK/Meetings."
