"This is a great place to work with great benefits. Job security is difficult if you do not have a degree."

"Unless you had a degree, there is no opportunity to make more money, and there is no job security."

"Management should be constantly trained in other department functions. This brings new ideas for the company and improves productivity."

"rotation schedule was very long and travel via mil air was very difficult. poor living conditions"

"Management needs to keep their ears to the concerns of the workers because many of the workers are concerned about where they work and if they will continue to have a place to work."

"Joining the Navy was a blessing for me because the Navy raised me to become a leader. I jumped head on into any challenges and I am determined to get the job done right the first time around. The Navy motivates me to never sit and wait for the best opportunity to come, we go out and get it."

"My hardest issue in the United States Navy is leaving your my family behind and not being able to see them for 6 to 9 months at a time. I manage to overcome my stress by going to the gym and work out my frustration and put my worries behind and focus on the mission. I pray, and I served my country with a purpose."

"At first everything. The management when I started was great change from my previous employer, but the owners laid off every person that made the company work"

"Run!"
What don't you like about working at NexGen Digital?
"The owners often created what can only be described as a hostile work environment. In my opinion laying off all the wrong people that made the business work, leaving the remaining staff to do the job of many. For example I was the lead QA inspector and after the lay offs my position became that of the QA manager, shipping and receiving, and order coordinator on top of my QA inspectors duties. Then I was laid off."

"Think. Dont run your business with unstable emotions and then take those emotions out on your employees."
