"Limited Brands talks about work life balance but doesn't necessarily support it. Since it is a global company you are expected to work some early morning or late night conference calls with the int'l teams. Expect stress and long hours. Also promotions are very hard to come by since people do not tend to leave the business."

"I was not supported by my leadership team. The core values that we were all taught were not respected."

"I would have supported the team and be a leader"

"I liked the professional attitude and the workplace environment that was provided to me. Another thing I liked was the close knit and interpersonal communications that were prevalent between managers and employees. I Loved serving the customers."

"An inordinate amount of paperwork. Because working with people is my strength, the paperwork really bogged me down at times."

"No room for advancement. It's a family owned business. The owners can sometimes be not as forthcoming with issues than they should."
