"PSEG is a large regional utility. The largest in NJ. By their own admission, they do a poor job onboarding. And the entire company is remote. But the employees are very helpful in getting new folks comfortable with all the existing software systems, so it reduces some of the issues. There are a lot of Zoom meetings because everyone is somewhere else. All in all, a pretty good place to be."
