What do you like about working at Primerica?
The teaching was fantastic. I learned a lot about financial products available and how to teach others.
What don't you like about working at Primerica?
Sales was difficult for me. And they did not give you leads. You had to find leads through you friends and family.
What suggestions do you have for management?
I have no suggestions for management. This is a very well managed company.

My aptitude is better suited for a position in Accounting & Collections.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be aware that the position is straight commission and they do not give you leads. But, the company has great training & treats its top salesman fantastic.
