Working at Premier Solar Solutions in Phoenix, AZ: 1 Employee Reviews

Premier Solar Solutions Employee

"This was a tough situation, which ended with a blindsided layoff for me and my whole department. This job began as I was fresh blood into a company with a tough reputation for being not a good place to work at. And for the most part, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to make this a better place to work at. I wish I trusted the glass door reviews more. Redflag 1) the first day and the co-workers told me about the mass layoff which happened a year ago from when I first started (foreshadowing) Redflag 2) It took roughly 2.5 months for me getting a working computer so I can do my job Redflag 3) Between the mid-level managers you reported to saying they have your back but give you negative feedback on the process they never trained you on 2 months later... I think we can say this tough situation all around, the only plus was your co-workers but honestly, they either quit, were wrongfully terminated or laid-off withe the rest of us at the beginning of January. Job seekers, 0/10 unless you like being a punching bag for co-operating negligence, middle-age women screaming at each other like 12-year-olds let alone being taken advantage of being committed to your job even if it's a car in a Micheal Bay movie Bonus Red Flag) the "Coming to Jesus Meeting" two months into the job, which was between the whole company and the CEO :)."
