"I have worked for praxair for over a year, depending on the branch and your branch manager the experience with your company will vary. Some branch managers will show no gratitude for being short-staffed and stuffing you with great amount of work well beyond your stated job duties. Moving up and job positions will depend on favoritism and if you are willing to be the managements little minion."

"The back stabbing, spineless cowards in upper management with self serving agendas"

"Wake up fellas. You're loosing the knowledge fast and you are heading for big issues. The people you keep do not have your best interest. BIG believer in Karma. Make employees the biggest Asset. Not your stock holders"
