"Large companies like Pratt have the power to close entire facilities forcing employees to relocate to undesirable locations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't lie to employees. When I took the structural engineer position in gas turbines, I asked about the relocation topic. I was told that has been a rumor since the 1970's only to be told that my job was moving to Hartford by the same person I just quoted."
