"It was a sweat shop. Was no breaks or lunch time. You had to eat at your work station. Line is very unsafe. No guarding along most of line. Would by-pass safeties to get line going again. Lots of on job injuries."

"I worked for Pratt Industries for over 4 years. My sales were good. I also helped other sales personnel achieve sales success. The company's overall management was lacking to say the least. Very unorganized company."
"Management is racist and sexist & do not take responsibilities for their mistakes. No growth potential. Certain facilities receive preferential treatment. Customer are not top priority. In order to rectify a production or delivery issue, management will cut costs rather than deliver a quality product to the customer. Management blatantly has pet employees & blatantly acknowledges them creating a terrible work environment. Women are paid significantly less than men. No cultural sensitivity."
