"I was very happy there, I just wish they would have had more growth options"

"My boss, being micro-managed to the extreme. Never being able to make decisions without constant ridicule from my boss."

"Take grade reports from all employees about their bosses into consideration. This would keep management quality high."

"easy 2 get hurt, or chemical break out very painful"

"that thesis's a rough job don't come down so hard if someone messes up"

"I worked for PPG/Belcan for a short while where in turn I learned to drive a fork truck . Machinery there was not of the best quality but we made it work the best we could it was frustrating but we managed and still put out a quality product to the customers. I enjoyed the people there but was not a satisfactory place to work. Our company boss was really great unfortunately he was moved to another location."

"I've worked for PPG since 2013. I started as an Assistant Manager for the company. I have traveled and worked at several stores throughout the Chicagoland and outside of Illinois."

"PPG has good benefits, no weekend work and an onsite health office. I was in a dept with 11 CSR's and some co-workers were great to work with. Others thought they were better than others. Training is poor. The supervisor does not know how to do the job. Workers usually work 10-12 hour days. As a new hire, if you transfer from another dept. or have a contact who has tenure, you will do fine. If not, good luck in getting fair treatment."

"Most of the people there are low key back stabbers, depending on what department you are working in, you are pretty much told up front how this place operates. You really will do better off finding something that accepts all ethnic without prejudice."
