"Do not come in expecting a competitive salary as compared to are competitors. PPD typically pays 20% less than other CROs and you will work harder than a dog for your salary."

What don't you like about working at Pharmaceutical Product Development?

"Too little pay, for the amount of work required. Promotion policy was changed, so you may be in one position for 5 years before moving to the next level as a CRA. (CRA I to CRA II)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Prior to changing policy and practices consult with the people who are most impacted by the change."
