"Get comfortable with one call closing and have a very flexable schedule."

What don't you like about working at Power Home Remodeling?

"The scheduling. You only get an hour or 2 notice of when and where you need to be. Not able to make daily plans."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look into getting rid of one call closing, so more of a rapport can be built."
