"Position is nice pay, is nowhere near enough for the job you do and the work environment is dangerous and is extremely lacking in safety measures."
"PPT is a good place to start or end your career. It has 2 locations in Kansas City, KS and Columbus, OH."
"Poor leadership, conflict resolution, raises, and employee treatment. You're never recognized for your hard work and always criticized by people that don't even know how to do your job. Very poor quality of life for employees. Working every other weekend and there is no shift that doesn't work weekends. Position changes and vacation are not awarded by seniority. Not allowed to take vacation without 2 days notice. High turnover rate due to poor training, policies and employee treatment. HR department does not engage with employees that work at night and never return calls or emails in a timely manner when there are any issues. Company hosts meetings quarterly and brags to employees about how many millions of dollars the company is making, yet they give every excuse in the book to not give their employees decent raises, which only occur once a year. Not allowed to take vacation the day before or after a holiday. In summary, if you're thinking about employment with this company or have been offered a job, save yourself a ton of frustration and find a company that treats the people that make them their millions as a valuable part of the business."
