"You learn a lot about the business end of things in Rehab. How to run the clinic, the P&L, everything. It was a great experience."

"Not much, no place is perfect but this was a good round for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A little better management of processes wouldn't hurt."

What do you like about working at Physiotherapy Associates?

"I was in charge of the business office and could implement my ideas and watch them bear fruit. I trained the staff, hired/fired/disciplined and ran the show. I was also accountable so I was the last to leave and it gave me a wonderful responsibility."

What don't you like about working at Physiotherapy Associates?

"They had the usual corporate scardy-cat ness about them. They were always afraid to stand up when it was necessary. Other than that I enjoyed Physio."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage! Don't just talk about it, and do what you say you're going to do. You have to lead by example..period. But the mother company Stryker was bought out by a New York company a few years ago, so..I hope they're still hanging in there!"
