"Lack of support from up-liners for professional and personal issues, surgeries as an example. Permanent reduction of budgets and activities for LATAM countries while strongly supporting English speaking countries."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In terms of international activities, reorganize them by geographical regions with executives speaking at least the language spoken by the majority in the region; develop better understanding of each region idiosyncrasy. Improve performance evaluation criteria."
