"I had originally started as a trainee and was able to advance from A Document Review Analyst to a Supervisor within two years. PHH promotes from within the company prior to interviewing external candidates"

"PHH interviews are tough. They are situational. I would advise someone that each question asked during the interview process is a 3 part question. 1st situation, 2nd what you did to correct the issue or situation and 3rd what the outcome was."

"I really have nothing negative to say about PHH Mortgage."

"To keep up the good work. Management is very hands on and always there for you. The management is very motivating and ensure if you are deserving to get promoted."

"Hard to generate any change on timely basis."

"Responsible for negotiating contracts but legal department could not provide suitable contract from year to year thus delaying contract renewals - waited for 6 months and never got approved format. Performance was measured on number of new contracts and contract renewals so failure built-in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Simplify contract language so easier to get vendor participation and not require renewal negotiation each year but possibly every other year or every three years in order to demonstrate activity."

"I have worked on 12 contracts and this on was the worst. The code was a complete FUBAR. The management was the Peter Principle on steroids. I regret that I spent any time on this project."
