My pay here was ridiculously poor. When I voiced my concerns the top management indirectly told me to adjust to whatever they were doing or quit. I detested this attitude and chose the latter."

Things were always decided at the last minute, putting a lot of pressure on the poor employees. They were always cramming for requirements and unreasonable deadlines. Been there for years and things are still the same. I don't think there will be any improvements made anytime soon or ever."
