"I guess the outdated equipment would be the one thing I didn't like."

"Management should be a bit more understanding of personal situations."

"Absolutely nothing! This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for."

"I have been at this company for 4 years. The only reason I stay is simple, I need a job. If you are contemplating working here, DON'T do it. I can't wait to get out, this is like a prison sentence."

What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?

"You are micro managed to the max. If you are making sales and unsaleable plan they leave you alone. If not then you are drilled like a criminal. They harass you on your days off. They use your personal cell phone as if it is a tool for them to reach you whenever they want."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go to church, you're gonna need it. Decent people don't treat others the way you do."

"This was a fun and physical job - kept me in shape, and I love chips."

"Staying very active and selling the product in volume to grocery buyers at corp level."

"Be yourself and make sure to have a 4 year degree to put chips on the shelf."

"They had to lay off middle management, where I and many others worked."

"Keep pumping out those big displays, that is where the money is."

"I like that we can go from store to store and have freedom to work."

"Nothing in particular, everything is fine, maybe just that we have to drive a lot and we don't get reimbursed correctly."

"Nothing, everything is fine with management, they're doing a fine job."

"The Union environment is totally different, so having experience would make an easy transition."

"I don't like some of the production planning. Managers question some of the decisions, which affects production."

"Management should support their team and trust they have the support of the business."

"Corporate culture at times seems disassociated with issues on the front lines."

"Management should reexamine pay rates and adjust expectations of staffing hours."

"Nothing, because I enjoy my work at the company."

"Manage workers in a good way to utilize their abilities."

What do you like about working at PepsiCo?

"My immediate boss was top notch. He knew what we were up against in getting our job done and helped us in every way to try to complete our routes."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Beware when they tell you how much per hour you are going to be making. They told me 22 per hour. That was true. But what they don't tell you is that when your training is over they place you on a day rate plus commission. On your best day working there if everything went right you ended up making less then the 22 per hour. Very shady practice in the HR department."

What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?

"Company would have meetings to ask us how the job could be done better all the time. We at the meetings would come up with suggestions/solutions, and management never acted on anything, making us feel that there was no point in attending the meetings."

"Listen to your employees on the front line. They actually know how to get the job done."
