"Pega solution is very non-standard. Although system is web based,use of stndards is specific to componenents of system and hidden from users. Developers know their areas well but don;t know a lot outside of their areas."
What don't you like about working at Pegasystems?
"Management is disconnected from staff. Matrix management means person you report to is not aware of details of your work..Management is fad driven."

"Get real. Avoid sloganeering and listen to staff. Listen to staff."
