"Get what you want before you sign, read contract before you sign, you will have a hard time getting it later."

What don't you like about working at Oxford Global Resources?

"Staff knows very little about jobs they are recruting for, if you have extensive knowledge of insterment panels, Oxford wont submit you for a control panel job even though they are the same thing."

"That the staff needs to gain knowledge of what the job tasks and meanings are."
