"Osmose is the worst company to work for. They only care about numbers and not quantity, they do not pay enough for the work that is being performed, they will lie and blame it on management about changes that have been made but only for personal gain. I was laid off because management made a decision and the customer didn't like the decision that they made so the customer cut the contract off and now I'm laid off and they do not have any work. "No star for this corrupt company! NOT even 1 star if I could. Senior Designer is a liar. That so called Senior Designer lied about that he will train me and the work location to lure me to work for him. It turned out that I had to work at the Peachtree City office every day, which he initially said that I could work at the Midtown office. That Senior Director can work from home every day and he never trained me. Two weeks later, he fired me without any explanations. The worst thing was he hanged out the separation letter that day. One week later, Osmose Human Resources sent out a second separation letter and stated that "Voluntary" was the reason of separation. Osmose is the worst company that I worked for. A week later, I got a new job offer for a much reputable, well organized and decent company."
"DO NOT work for these greedy people. Hard workers who helped the company profit are laid off. Management views employees as trash. Nightmare-like culture. Unfair treatment of workers and bad attitudes all around. Morality isn't a big priority for those in charge. No loyalty to workers. Lots of people were laid off. If you have to work at this company, don't expect any job security at all. Most employees are really unhappy and there has been an exodus of talent."
