"I’ve worked for this dealership for a little under a year. The management doesn’t help the sales team nor the customers. The sales agent has to do a large part of the work from point a to point z even if other departments messed up along the way, and the managers alleviate none of that pressure and instead amplify with poor attitudes and no lessons. A lot of sales employees hired and quit/fired because of this slightly volatile work environment. Management changes would fix most problems."
