"Stay clear of this company the make verbal promises and never keep them."

What don't you like about working at Optimal Strategix Group?

"The CEO and Talent Manager run the company like a dictatorship. It is debilitating, demoralizing, corrupt. The feel they don't have to pay you after you perform your job. The don't pay employees or vendors. The Talent manager judges everybody and her house is in foreclosure and she filed bankruptcy. This is who the CEO has doing background and credit checks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start paying your employees (the ones that are left), pay your vendors, pay the back honoraria, fire talent director, Vice President of delivery, replace CEO."

What do you like about working at Optimal Strategix Group?

"The few co-workers who were empowering, sincere, and didn't stab you in the back for their own benefit. I have say there were only a few and they were either fired or left for another job opportunity."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They hire pretty much anyone they interview. Typical interview questions. Be prepared for them to tell how great the company is and how it is growing. This is a lie."

What don't you like about working at Optimal Strategix Group?

"They run the office by using fear and intimidation tactics; once you become their employee you lose all rights to free thinking; you are automatic their puppet. They belittle you and constantly make you feel worthless. If you want to succeed at this company you need to do some serious kissing up to the CEO and VP in order to escape their wrath."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn how to manage and motivate others. Stop micro managing others."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unless you have a Ph,D. you should not work there. I was naive when I was hired as an Associate there. It's a revolving door there because OSG uses people. They will hire you, and then before 60 days elapses they will tell you they are Eliminating your position. I was told my termination had nothing to do with my performance...that is all they told me before they escorted me out. I was shaking from the shock, and wish I never applied to work there in the first place"

"No support from Management, People are constantly working behind schedule, Intimidation is frequently used to conjure employees to work 15+ hours daily"

"Treat people with respect, and take responsibility for work YOU said YOU would get done."
