"Could not buy certain items because they were manufactured by the sister company GTC, and we're not happy when you bought from one company, even if that company was the lowest priced."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should allow the buyer to buy products that are not owned by the sister company because that would help them make a better product (in this case, amplifiers and satellite or microwave technology)."
