"The broken processes, stagnant corporate culture, lack of direction, culture of resignation, lack of vision."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop taking baby steps. You're coddling the old deadwood by refusing to make necessary changes now. The problem is this is driving the fresh blood out. When there's nothing left but deadwood supporting the company, it's over."
