"Positives: Best health insurance I have heard of. Lunch provided on a daily basis (local restaurants). Negatives: Company likes their favorites. Poor quality for deliverable. If you are not a developer you do everything but run the company, finances, and develop. The outlook on the company is get the highest paying customer or the customer that complains the most work done first. Company often misses original due dates. Company short-sells the original offers to customers, then works overtime to compensate for it. Only roles in the entire company is Tester, Developer, CEO, and CTO. Yet we are a fully featured production house that is missing official titles such as HR, Secretary, Project Managers. This also means that there is very very little room to advance. Summary: Overall if this is your first position and you only want to get your foot in the door then this is a good place. They do treat you well as long as you can keep up and don't mind the under-compensation for your work. When I think back to this office I think of a developer sweat shop."
