"I have to worked for OHSU for almost a year coming this March. I love working for a tagging institution as everyone is always belong each other grow and learn."
"OHSU is an organization with a big heart and lofty aspirations. Great people work there and always put patients first, but financial management and leadership have been decidedly mixed."
"This is a large institution that varies widely. Your department can make you love it or hate it. I've been here almost 15 years, same department mostly, slowly moving up the ranks. Generally OHSU top has been in a shift to push down wages and benefits for the lowest workers and the top has seen large and increasing salaries and bonuses. In the last round of contract negotiations, they slashed retirement benefits and wages increases for union workers. They will be looking to cut paid leave in the next negotiations (already announced)."
