"High stress. Report to lots of people. Always juggling everything."

"More collaboration. More forward-thinking innovation. Clearer expectations. More consistent reactions."

"Other staff great, liked the actual work, nice commute, challenging but not too difficult."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't take a job with the state of AZ, division of child support enforcement. Other divisions are good, progressive, and support staff development and growth."
What don't you like about working at State of Arizona?
"My boss had been in her job for 36 years, and required constant validation. Never thanked anyone and always found something wrong with what ever I did and tended to share her discontent with all the staff. There was no pleasing her and if staff didn't stroke her ego constantly she would be upset. She was often in a bad mood and would actually growl at staff that came to talk to her. She rarely left her office, always to busy to talk about the expectations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Share expectations, work as a team to set goals, be available to staff, share information especially if it would help them do there job."
What do you like about working at U.S. Department of Defense?
"I feel like what I'm doing is making a difference."

"Opportunities to excel are on a limited basis and subjected to timelines."
What don't you like about working at U.S. Department of Defense?
"Everything I've described has not been very positive thus far."

"I would work harder to develop the team mentality in the organization."

"The many friends I have made, the many different places I have been."

"Always do your best, I can and I will. The words I can't and won't don't belong in your vocabulary."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"The forward movement, no one is happy in the position they are in. We always want to move forward."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, I really don't have any suggestion for them, they always listen."

"perfect place not to be.never been so motivated to go back to school."
What do you like about working at Arrendale State Prison?
"First, salary didn't go as low as what they payed me. Sad but true. The work wasn't hard but it seemed like all the management was wanting me to quit. One of the older officers had to make the captain stop saying if you don't like it quit. They need more officers like him, he made it seem like things were going to get better."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run, run away very fast and far, then keep running."
What don't you like about working at Arrendale State Prison?
"MONEY!!! no one should have to put up with the departments crap for what they pay. Stop promoting unethical people, make sure they can tell you what is right first. Last, don't advertise vacation time if you can't use it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get the guy who answers every ones' questions and make him the warden. Stop letting the supervisors curse and yell at someone for making mistakes. Remember, if you don't offer a better way of doing something, constructive criticism is just plain criticism!"

"I like the atmosphere within the group. Its a great atmosphere,"

"Try to connect to the interviewers personally. You will most likely be working for that person directly."
What don't you like about working at State Street?
"It's a very large company, which comes with a lot of red tape to get anything done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To try and have the corporate structure a little more loose."
What do you like about working at United States Army?
"Loved the Army. Traveled the world. Interacted with different cultures."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be sharp, stay fit. Question things that don't make sense."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"A lot of time away from the family. Sometimes it was hard to understand why we (the Army) did things the way we did. A lot of wasted money."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a stronger audit process to what waste. Remember, support troops are important too."
