"Worked at OfficeMax for over 3 years as an Asst. Store Manager. Co-workers were great; work-life balance was non-existent; manager actively impeded advancement of his employees, so I left. Overall it wasn't terrible but it's Big-Box retail, so be prepared to be treated like a replaceable cog in the machine."
