"Overall, I believe NVA is a good company. My particular site I was given was rundown and corporate wanted things to get turned around overnight. I had no formal training even though they hired me knowing this was a new industry for me in which I had no experience. After a couple months they decided to go another route and let me go even though we had been making strides on many projects and improving the property. But I really think that my experience was an outlier and I think they are a good company."
