What do you like about working at Nutro Products?

"Most of the people were hard working individuals. Some of the management was good but some didn't bother to find out from the associates what the real problems were until it was too late. At that point they just pointed the finger at the newest person and got rid of them without fixing the real problem."

What don't you like about working at Nutro Products?

"New management came in and tried to change a system that was working without asking the associates that were doing it what the real issues were."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Speak with the associates not at them"
