"I enjoyed the people I trained, as they began in a place of discouragement and uncertainty about their health and weight loss and over time found themselves where they wanted to be physically and mentally."

"Be as truthful as possible. Honesty is always the best policy and if you trust in your employer they will trust in you."
What don't you like about working at NuCo Fitness?
"The CEO had trust issues and started investigating many of the partners, most of whom did nothing wrong. I wasn't investigated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your partners. Believe in the saying, Innocent until proven guilty. The incessant investigations was, I believe harmful for the overall morale of the partners."
