"Poor place to work, after spending so many years in the same facility, I have come to find the same problems occur day in and day out. Each one centralizes around poor leadership from the upper levels of the company. I honestly do not see a long term position in this company for the simple fact that the pay out for the hard work and effort given, is non-existent."
