"Nothing. Only got me one job, then bailed."

"They don't get you work!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Your policy of the more experienced recruiter gets first pick on jobs left me without one. The only reason I worked on any of your jobs was I had an inside contact. My ex-boss pulled strings to get me the only job you offered."
