What do you like about working at Nike?
Smart & engaging people
What don't you like about working at Nike?
ATG J2EE platform is the company ECommerce platform. It's ridiculously obscure, out-of-date and really difficult to use. Need to know a lot of company lore to get work done and many FTE will go out of their way to avoid dealing with contractors.
What suggestions do you have for management?
1) Consider orientation sessions for technical contractors to learn ins-and-outs of ecommerce platform. 2) Consider replacing ATG to improve platform performannce and increase tech recruitment opportunities. 3) Socialize common courtesy with the FTEs towards contractors
Please give us a one liner to describe this review.
Critical & fair
