"Many great things about the company, but the culture is not moving with the times- and there is an expectation of conforming with the culture that can be stifling for someone who is able to work independently and effectively. The CEO is great and a dedicated leader in the industry and for the community, but middle management is promoted on compliance more than merit, and the focus on career development and the individual employee varies greatly by supervisor."
